His album output consists mainly of rock and pop releases, including 'Kamil Bednarek - MTV Unplugged' (2019).

The line-up will present songs from Passed Lines, which is the first self-titled album, by acclaimed session guitarist Boogie Skiedrzynski.

The artist, after years of supporting on stage and in the studio acclaimed Polish and international artists such as Kamil Bednarek, Kuba Badach and Natalia Kukulska, Jahnaration, Naaman, and Pressure, decided to record his own material. "I've been playing on stage as a sideman for many years and doing what I do because it's an important role. I've managed to finally start doing what I want to do."

"With the album Passed Lines (released on SJRecords), he makes his debut as an independent artist and - I'll write this right away so as not to keep anyone in suspense - he joins the short list of Polish jazzmen who can be sent to any festival in the world and will appeal at least as much as those whose names will be printed on posters in the largest font." - Adam Domagała

The contents of the album are nine original compositions by the leader, kept in the contemporary spirit of jazz music with a distinct acoustic colour and a reharmonised Body and Soul standard by Johnny Green.

A major strength of the release is its sonic and stylistic diversity. Eight tracks were recorded as a trio, the other two are miniatures for solo guitar (Body and Soul, Ajisai).

Boogie's playing is distinguished by a contemporary approach to jazz improvisation - creative polyphonic explorations combined with a heavy dose of guitar expression. A huge part of the guitarist's concept is his attention to the quality of sound, both of the guitar and of the entire ensemble. Space, polyphony, creative sonoristic and melodic explorations - this is what the songs on Skiedrzynski's new album sound like.

The recording of Skiedrzyński's modern-style, technically advanced, original compositions also involved excellent instrumentalists: Grzegorz Piasecki (double bass) and Mateusz Maniak (drums).
